Subaru required a new, sophisticated presence to engage and educate new and existing customers and enhance the brand.

The strategy employed for the website was to provide a deep and rich informational site with the requirement to create an entertaining experience for the user in researching their purchase of a car, including the ability to preview vehicles and customise personal settings. At the same time it was necessary to present the brand as sophisticated, safe and technically rich.

To achieve this Market United developed a number of interactive elements to fit within the structure of the site. Overall the site was tailored to have entertaining and interactive applications that were immediately accessible to the user at a top level – such as a build your own Subaru application or a colour picker for vehicles. The site has been a great success, delivering entertaining and detailed information for customers and providing the Subaru team with qualified leads.
